Tune inStart where you are

Horses gracefully beckon us to step into a realm where we can wholeheartedly embrace the power of our own presence. In this space, we not only connect with our authentic selves, but also cultivate a deep connection with others, broadening our consciousness of both the self and the intricate tapestry of the world that surrounds us.

Re Connect – One step at a time

The profound connection that exists between our mind our heart and our hands serves as a powerful gateway, one through which our thoughts and emotions effortlessly flow, exerting a profound influence on our words and actions. This symbiotic relationship even extends to the very rhythms of our heart, as our innermost thoughts and feelings ultimately shape our existence.

Create – The invisible becomes visible

Creativity is an inherent trait that we possess, essential for various aspects of life. It is the driving force behind our work, existence, playfulness, and personal development. The universe itself is intertwined with creative energy, permeating all forms of life. Breathe your creativity back to life.

One day (6 hours)

How shall we be together

All sessions are held outdoors in Launching Place in the Yarra Valley Victoria. Approximately one hours drive from Melbourne. Serenity Farm is a 60 acre property providing sanctuary for horses, humans and the local wildlife.

During our time together we will be with horses, the resident wildlife, and nature.

Our sessions follow a natural rhythm and together we explore a direct experience of being in relationship with Self and another sentient being.

What to wear ?

For our sessions we wear comfortable outdoor shoes or boots (no steel toecaps) and clothes that you don’t mind if they get a little dusty, or covered in horse hair!

Being in the changeable weather of Victoria bring a coat if you think the weather may be cool or wet and a cap if you think the weather may be hot or sunny.

We ask that you do not wear any fragrances as they interfere with the horses olfactory system.

Please also bring a drink bottle, an open beginners mind and curiosity.

“At the time I could not find words to describe the experience. That would have required my thinking mind and what Sonny had just shared with me was heart: an experience of unconditional love and acceptance.

In the months since Sonny held space for me to connect with my heart; I feel more moments of ease, and an overall sense of contentment with life. In relationship to others, I am less judgemental, anxious and guarded.”counsellor

“This is such a tranquil property where calm comes naturally. The horses were invited to join us and one in particular came to my mother. They had such an amazing connection and experience together. I think my mum has found her new favorite place. Thank you so much Julie for this most amazing experience.” – Michelle
