In any Creative Adventure we explore with mixed media in a variety of ways with a variety of supplies. Each session is an invitation to embrace creativity with curiosity, enjoy the process rather than seeking perfection, and consider everything an experiment. I wonder…what if…how do I…what would it look like…what might be a new way of looking at this…imagine if…what does it feel like…what does it remind me of…

Serenity Farm is a 60-acre private sanctuary in Launching Place in the Yarra Valley Victoria.
The private sanctuary for horses was established at Serenity Farm in 2010 offering horses a place for rest and renewal. We advocate for giving horses a voice on a foundation of horse-centered care through understanding that all behaviour represents communication. We hold a space of mutual regard in our relationship with horses as sentient beings with feelings, thoughts, emotions, and memories. There is no right or wrong, only safe or unsafe.

After completing training in – ADVENTURES IN AWARENESS invitational approach™ (certified in Australia by Groundwork Therapy), I established an EFL practice ‘Horses and You – The Art of Connection in 2019 as a way to offer humans a place of rest and renewal.
